It could be a mild anxiety attack, not severe. Severe attacks are completely debilitating, here are a few symptoms:
Sweaty palms
Unable to breathe
Whole body shaking
Sense of impending doom/fear
Stomach aches
Diarrhoea
Headaches
Tingly palms, cheeks
Chest pain
Crying for no reason
Cannot sit still
Many more
What you may be having is an anxiety attack yes, especially if it is accompanied by all these other symptoms as well. Anxiety attacks are different for each individual though so you very well may be having them. Is there something on your life that is stressing you out? Have you been experiencing this for a while now, or only a few days? I would definately go see a doctor to figure out of you are indeed having anxiety attacks or if there’s some other medical condition under the surface. Hope you get it all figured out, anxiety attacks are no fun.
